To configure our third party modules id and licenses keys, we use the vision project provided few years ago. It still works very well and it gets the job done, but it there a Perspective version of it ?

Good question! There is not as of now.
Our team is currently putting more effort into developing new resources for the Exchange.
I think you’re the first person who has asked about this. If we get a number of requests, we might put in the effort to convert it if folks think it would be worthwhile.
