Not sure if something is not configured properly, or if I am straight-up missing something. For authentication, we use AD user source for users and roles. When looking at the perspective session, we can see all of the roles as security levels:
But when I go to assign view permissions bases on these roles, there are none there:
After digging around, I read that these also need to be configured in the security levels page of the gateway:
I guess my question is, how come I can see these roles automatically come through to the 'securityLevels' property of the session auth, but I cannot use them until I configure them in gateway > config > security levels?
