Ok, so it’s failing when trying to launch a session, not in the designer itself.

I have not seen that issue. In asking some of our devs that use Windows, they suggested checking to see if you have a default browser set in the operating system.

I assume that visiting the url directly by entering it into your browser is working correctly?
