Perspective Session or Module ISSUE

Greetings to everyone. I have a problem with the Perspective Module within the Designer. I have tried practically everything recommended on this forum and really everything has been useless (the Perspective icon I need to work on a project migrated from VISIO still does not appear). I hope that based on your experience you can support me, as I have been trying to resolve it for a couple of days (attached is a collage of images). Thanks a Lot for your interest and time in advance!!!!

The two most common reasons are:

  • Perspective (the module itself) is not installed in the gateway. Look for it in the gateway web interface's "Modules" page.

  • The designer fails to load Perspective's embedded copy of the Chrome browser needed to display and manipulate Perspective views. Errors will show up on the Designer's text console if this is the case. There are numerous possible causes.
