can you tell me how to enable this one
we will find the arrow mark when it clicked its shows like this and we can able to logout
but suddenly it was not showing for me. How to enable this one?

Project Browser | Perspective, then Perspective Property Editor, check the value for
session.appBar.togglePosition.
