Perspective Table - Multiple rows for one dataset row

I am putting a perspective table into a rather narrow area of a screen. I would like to have once row of data occupy multiple rows of the table. For example:

Order     Start Date
  Item
MO-12345  10/30/2020
  Widget 1
MO-12346  10/31/2020
  Widget 2
MO-12352  11/5/2020
  Widget 1000

The first two lines are the header rows. Any ideas?
