How can I change color of these props in time series chart in Perspective?

To change the Y-Axis colors you must define a trend and axis. In your trend defnition be sure to select your series and the axis you defined, in my example the axis I defined was titled 'test'.
You then can modify the color of the Y-Axis by editing Tick>Label>Font
Unfortunately for the timeRange, according to our documentation, only the properties: visible, dateFormat, and timeFormat are defined and you are unable to add color to this property.
