Perspective User Management user AD/Internal Hybrid can't add user
because password not pass and can't key password

Help me please!

That looks like the Ignition Exchange Perspective User Management resource.

I used that with an AD/Internal Hybrid system and we had to enter a random password there for each new user. The system didn't use it though and authenticated against Active Directory.
