Perspective: Websocket disconnected from session issue

Hi all,
I have some entries like the following in my wrapper.log:


When that happens, a banner appears on the top of the Perspective session telling the operator that there's no connection to gatewway.
Any idea?

I understand there are a bunch of older firewalls out there that chop websockets off after 30 minutes. I recommend you start with your IT group.

Thanks @pturmel, I'll follow your suggestion: this is the first customer, where I experience such a problem and I will contact his IT team.
