Hello, we currently run perspective screens in Kiosk mode on raspberry pi's to display plant metrics as well as a clock system. Issue we are running into is that the screens will often go blank to a white screen. I'm curious if this has to do with ignition running on over 150 displays or if its an issue with chromium on the raspberry pi. Any help would be appreciated.
Right now, I'm over 200 Perspective sessions, and many of them are using Chromium Kiosk on RPi. No issues on the gateway load side @ 4 cores and 10GB RAM.
I run the kiosk as a service, and the only time I have had issues with a white screen is with a bad network connection. That is, I was connected to the network, but the PoE splitter was dropping packets. Changing that out fixed my issue.
