Is this something that can be resolved? Maybe a certificate or something?
The "suspicious" executable is java. You or your company will have to allow it.
The details would probably help here, but Phil's most likely correct.
Workstation is a self contained Java application that launches subprocesses that are running Chromium via JxBrowser. JxBrowser, the third party library we use to embed Chromium inside our Java application stack, internally uses a copy of 7zip to unpack its required files to a temp directory before it runs.
Any of those steps could be what's being flagged as "malicious" here.
