Perspective XY Chart scrollBars

Hi there,

I just discovered the scrollBars property on a XY Chart.
Is there a way to format whats is displayed on these scrollBars ?
Here is what I have using the example dataSource when dragging a new XY Chart on a view :

[Subbarao.B]

for me scrollbar is appearing, but inside scrollbar values not populating..

Please let me know any setting i am missing..
