Perspective - XY Chart tooltips

Hello guys, I want to recreate an XY chart like the screenshot above. The problem I am facing is the tooltips configuration. As you can see, in the first chart, the tooltips show data from all the bar "sections" and this is independent on which section of the bar the mouse is over.
Is it possible to recreate in Perspective?
