When setting touchscreen mode the physical keyboard cannot be used to enter numeric values. It works for the Alphanumeric Keyboard but not the numeric one. Any tips or advice? Thanks!
What OS are you using?
The gateway is on Linux but the clients are windows
What version are you using, and I'm assuming this is Vision?
8.1.38 and Vision yes.
v8.1.38 is a couple of years old now, but glancing through the release notes for newer versions I didn't see anything mention a fix for it, and I've personally never had a workstation with both a touchscreen and a physical keyboard so haven't experienced it myself.
There have been some Java upgrades along the way, so it's possible it could be related to one of them also.
If you can, you could try loading the same project in a test system isolated from the production system and test it there with a newer version to see if it helps any (if it does, maybe even install the older version to see if the problem is reproducible in the older version to make sure it really is the fix before moving forward).
