Pie label cut off when reducing the pie size

I am trying to use the pie component.

When the pie size is big enough, width and height >450px, the label can display fully.

If the pie size is smaller than this value, the label starts to cutoff.

Is there anyway I can reduce the pie size but still remain the full display of the labels?
Ideally I want the pie size to be width/height = 200, label font size to be 11.
