Just on its headline marketing material, I would not expect that one to work. Ignition's native driver doesn't work on PLC channel 0 serial at all, so routing via ethernet doesn't help. But take a look at this topic:
Consider trying the Digi product--I suspect it will work on the PLC-5 family, too.
