I have connected a Delta PLC simulator in Ignition Gateway, but I can't read the signals:
The simulator have the same program that physical PLC and the ID is 1.

This appears to be Modbus. The timeout is likely network connected as it isn't getting a response most likely. Have you confirmed connectivity (ping the device or similar method) from the same gateway machine? If the device and the gateway are on different networks, you might have a bad default gateway or subnet mask (assuming the traffic needs to be routed back to you). The other thing to try is to remove the device ID. If connectivity exists, you might try with a different tool to see about polling the address to see if it can get what you need.

The device is a PLC Delta simulator. I have ping because the simulator use the same IP than the PC where Ignition is installed. The modbus configuration is correct because the device is connected in the Ignition gateway:
With Radzio (modbus testing) I have this error:
Maybe, the problem is the ID, but is the same ID than the physical PLC.
