Please expose the popup window title bar color properties

Would be nice to be able to change the foreground and background properties on a popup window title bar so it matches the color scheme of everything else in the window.

Edit: Was getting by building my own title bar and close button. This worked ok, but you can’t drag the popup window around without the real title bar present to grab.
