Portion of temp backup file locked

I am stumped.

I am trying to get a backup of a gateway and when I go to Config > Backup/Restore and click download backup it starts and then says network error.

I then went to the gateway server itself and did the same thing in a local browser and got the same error.

I then opened up cmd and tried to do a backup that way and got this error:

Can't say I have seen that before and I have tried restarting the gateway and the server both, but no change.

I can see where the gatewayBackupTemp file is getting created.

Any ideas before I contact support?

This is the exact issue I had. Cirrus Link making me feel crazy.
