I not sure but, it seems that earlier versions you could drag a container into position by holding down the left button on the mouse. Has that changed? It does not seem work now.
The behavior changed slightly so focus now jumps to components inside the containers instead of the container itself. Hold ALT while with the container selected to make it easier to move.
