I have a problem with the absence of drawing and other graphic development tools in Perspective. However there is one single most handy component the; Power Chart which is available in Perspective. It has all the tools that I am used to having when using other SCADAs and even more. I would like to know if Inductive Automation is going to consider introducing the same tool in Vision. The charts in vision are so basic and you need tons of scripting to get them to the same level as the power chart.
That would be awesome… 
The short answer is no, we are (probably) not going to add such a component to Vision.
