I need to add two permanent lines that show the ideal operating range (POWER CHART), as I show in the photo, how can I do it?

Necesito agregar dos lineas permanentes que muestren el rango de operacion ideal (POWER CHART), como muestro en la foto ¿como lo puedo hacer?
