I would like some help on the Powerchart and the automatic range.
I have a graph with two values on it (both measured in the same SI) one in the high ranges and one in the low range (screnshot below).
What seems to happen at present is that even if you deselect the higher range, the Axis range includes the values of data not selected and it remains very wide (see second screenshot). Does anyone know how to make the chart refresh the range in realtime?
So this is expected behavior, because when you deselect the pen, the data still exists. That data is still accounted for in the auto-scaling, until you delete the pen.
If you would like, you can submit a feature request for auto-scaling to take deselection into account. You can do that on https://ideas.inductiveautomation.com
Thank you for the reply, I will indeed submit a feature request as the chart in vision does not behave this way as shown below. I take it the pen selection is working differently here.
