This issue only started happening with those who updated to Java 7. The system in place is FDA validated but we may be able to upgrade the Gateway without voiding that.
My question is this: are there any known issue with upgrading from 7.4.1 to 7.5+? Wouldn’t I need a new license? We are trying to determine what we would need for the upgrade as well as how much time it could take.
