I have trouble logging into both the designer and the client. It takes several attempts, sometimes I have to restart my computer. this is the error that I get.
Are you logging in over a VPN?
What is the Identity Provider setup? Such as being tied to a AzureAD or is it just basic provider that comes with the gateway?
Yes I am logging in over a vpn and it is the default provider
The VPN is more than likely the problem. We have various VPNs for our customers and I have a few where I have this exact issue. It all depends on their network as well as yours. So it is likely that it cannot be fixed unless the network or VPN gets better.
Any ideas as to why this is the only gateway I have this error?
Could be due to the network setup and number of hops that have to happen to get to it from where the VPN controller is setup.
If there are too many hops sometimes the process will get lost and fault out effectively.
Thanks for your help, I will rebuild the Gateway and see if I get the same error.
Post the "full" error message, and also look in the gateway's logs to see if there's anything being logged when you're attempting to log in.
