Problem to connect to database in power tables

Hi, my Partner has an issue when launching a project, the power tables are in red and unable to get the data from database, all people who use that project don't have this problem excepting her. I thing it could be a problem with the installation.

The error shown in diagnostics view when launching app:

[ClientPanel-LoginTask] INFO com.inductiveautomation.ignition.client.gateway_interface.GatewayConnectionManager - Skipping local challenge - directory doesn't exist.

Then comparing mine and partner's loggings I found that I have this 2 loggers:

jul.com.inductiveautomation.ignition.client.gateway_interface.GatewayConnectionManager
com.inductiveautomation.ignition.client.gateway_interface.GatewayConnectionManager

She just have the last one logger, could that may be the issue? what can I do to fix it?
We already uninstall

Open the project in the Designer and click on the Project tab found on the top of the screen. Go to Project Properties>Vision Permissions and make sure she has the required roles to access the "Legacy Database Access" (I believe). More info about Vision permission properties here.

Thank you, but all permissions are already enabled.

If you open up client diagnostics, clear that, then open the window with the table you should see some error message referencing the table component. Find that and paste it here.

Alternatively, under diagnostics window, if you click on Log Viewer, you can see the logs, and one of them will be for your table component's red overlay - if you can find it there, copy and paste the whole error here.
