Hi! i need help with the IEc 61850 driver, the reports do not work, we are trying to get 180 nodes, although I see them in the designer, they do not load their values but i can see the model value. it's urgent.
If you need immediate support, you need to contact Support. This forum is not an official support venue.
If it's not as critical you'll need to provide some more information. What errors are you receiving, if any? Are there any errors in the gateway logs? What steps have you tried, if any, to attempt to correct the issue?
ohhhhh thx jaja I had not seen the logs jaja but same, I don't know what's going on
I don't know of any native IA logger named Trace_Error
. That is some of your own custom code, I think.
Did you have any success with this @Diego_Mejia ? Can confirm the trace error is built into the IEC 61850 client driver.

This is "trace" logging at error severity coming from the underlying 61850 library we use.
You might need to open a support ticket and provide your logs and possibly a Wireshark capture - I don't know what this means and will probably have to go to the library vendor to get support.
At face value it's saying there was an error decoding a value... not sure if it's something that exists in the server but no in the client, or vice-versa... really not sure what it means.
Thanks Kevin, I think its likely to be an issue with how I have configured the IEC61850 server in my end device (Brodersn RTU32). I'm getting similar unexpected values when using 3rd party IEC61850 clients but just thought I would check here as the solution may have been the same..
I will raise the issue with support regarding the logging in my previous thread. (IEC 61850 Client Driver logging)
