If it's not as critical you'll need to provide some more information. What errors are you receiving, if any? Are there any errors in the gateway logs? What steps have you tried, if any, to attempt to correct the issue?

I don't know of any native IA logger named Trace_Error. That is some of your own custom code, I think.
