Problem with the designer

Hello all,

I have posted before about a few issues I’ve had with the designer, but it’s always been something relatively minor. That isnt the case now, as I am unable to launch the designer at all.

It may be important to note that the designer is being launched from a remote location over a VPN, but this has been done many times before with no problems.

It seems Java’s proxy settings were affected, I suspect due to a recent change in IP address. This forum topic provided the solution:
