Problem with Web Start

New to Ignition.

I have the demo working in several places.

On my notebook, I have an issue when I try to launch Designer from the main web page, I get a java exception indicating it can’t find the .jnlp file.

Is the problem my browser or policy settings?

If I try to launch froma virtual machine, everything is fine.

Group policy could have me blocked or it might be of my own doing.

Thanks for any hints at where to look.

Spoke too soon.

IE is version 7.

Installed Firefox 3.6 and it has problems with launching as well.
