Problems sending e-mail

Hello this is my first time trying to send an automatic E-mail throught Ignition client. Mi IT department told me this datas:

SMTP Server : mail.kcc.com
my account sender is: M32133@kcc.com

So I´m trying with this code:

body = “Hello, this is an email.”
recipients = [“yiyoqman@hotmail.com”]

The SMTP connection is getting reset. Unfortunately, this can have a lot of causes, but the most common is that there’s something wrong with your configuration.

I noticed that you didn’t specify a username and password in your script. Are you very sure you don’t need one? This is one of the most common issues I see.

I’m having trouble with this too. The “email Settings” test works and my on-call roster only has one use with one email address.

Disregard my last post. Mine was configured correctly. I just had to restart the gateway for all changes to take affect.
