Problems starting Ignition

I have a serious problem, as I have enabled the cache of an 'alarm journal' in the 'gateway' and this has collapsed by sending many, many values to the database. This causes a crash in the SCADA and does not allow to start it, as the RAM consumption reaches its maximum value.
Do you have any suregencia of how to start the scada and you can disable that option? or if it is possible to disable it in another place?

Is there any way to disable all 'storage and forward' connections from outside SCADA? Maybe disabling them could help me to start the SCADA.

for serious problems its best to contact support

Rename (don't delete, as you may need it later) the config.idb file and try one of the autobackups from before the change.

I don't think it will help me because the backups I have are from today, at least I would need one from yesterday.

Those shown in the screenshot are autobackups. Have a look at the dateTime on yours.

in the end i ended up installing again a backup of the gateway, it wasn't what i wanted but it was the only quick solution i had.
thanks to what you answered.
