I am try to this method, same way set to OPU-UA Tag path ( [PAC3200]1.HRF65 ) its not read the value .Pls help me .

What exactly is your problem? Is there any error or do you just receive a wrong value?
For the PAC3200 disable ‘One based addressing’ in the device config to use the register numbers as they are listed in the manual.
