I’d like to know if it is possible to use SFC Module or any other module to do process controlling, where the user chooses the Manipulated Variable, Controlled Variable, etc, and then with a 2d interpolation and other stuff we can get the Controller Output. I’m using Labview to do that “intelligent part” of the Ignition project, but I’d like to do all that in the same place, Ignition.
I’ve read that Ignition uses Python 2.5, so that modules like scipy and numpy can’t be incorporated. Is there any other way I can to this heavy math like I do by using Labview?
