Hiya, I work at a Premier Foods site in Ashford Kent, we are currently running a trial of Ignition 7.8 to prove the benefits it will deliver to push for investment in the system.
I am trying to schedule our next week’s production runs and am having an issue with product code entry. I am trying to enter a new product code for an item that hasn’t been entered previously but the system is telling me that the code already exists. I’ve trawled the list of product codes already entered and it’s definitely not in there.
Grateful for any advice, apologies if this is something simple, this is all very new to me.
