Hi, I have installed latest Production module and OEE downtime module in ignition gateway and it got installed well. But only OEE components showing up and prod module details not showing up. do you have any idea for this?
Note: I have already done uninstall and reinstall couple of times
It sounds like the production module has not started up.
The log can provide helpful information but common issues are:
- Database not configured for MES
- Database defined but permissions for user do not allow table creation
- Module versions do not match
- Using MSSQL without snapshot isolation setting (check gateway logs)
