Somehow our project resources are getting deleted from our dev. So for seeing how it happend. fortunately we have configured Audit profile to our projects. But when we were viewing log in gateway(in designer as well). for all “resources deleted” action the Actor and Host were with value “unknown”. We are not sure its a bug/we’re missing some configurations. But for other actions we can see Actor and host correspondingly. Please do let us know how the resources are getting deleted and how to track it using Audit log with proper Actor, Host, Value & Result.
