Project says it is inheritable, but isn't

I’ve made a new Perspective project today, and when I run it I get the

But none of my projects on that server are inheritable. In fact, I’ve never written an inheritable project.

Is there some other less obvious reason to get this message?

I guess this is what happens when I am too focused lol. Yeah, it wasn’t enabled, and I was just looking at the inheritance
