Pull History of Tag Path via Script Console (Perspective)

Hello There,

Is there anyway to pull the Historical values of a given tag-path via the Script Console, i.e bypassing the need to query the SQL DB?

Anything similar to system.tag.read(/x/x/x/x/x/) function?
