Query change causes Null Pointer Exception Error

Hi All, I’m using Version 7.9.7 and when I need to change a sql query I keep getting a null pointer exception error every time I accept the change. The only way to get out of it is to cancel the changes and delete the custom property dataset and remake it. I’ve not had any trouble in the past. Any Ideas would be great.
