Ignition 8.1.19
I have a question about the alarm deadband property setting. After I read the document, I'm curious about the difference settings about the deadband.
Option 1: Deadband value is set to 0; Deadband Mode is set to Absolute
Option 2: Deadband value is set to 0; Deadband Mode is set to 'Off'
what is the difference between these two settings?
I have a tag with the 'out of range' alarm configured, under option1 deadband setting, when the tag value changed back to normal (from out of range to within the range), the active alarm never cleared; after I use Option 2 setting, the alarm can auto cleared.
Any idea?
