Hi,
I was under the impression that if i enabled two ways of storing tag history (Enterprise tag history synchronization in Ignition Edge) and (storing tag history in ignition) it would end up in tags storing duplicate data at the same timestamp which would eventually lead to an error as shown below:
“Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint ‘PK__sqlth_8___BE126DD1A7A8E16F’. Cannot insert duplicate key in object ‘dbo.sqlth_8_data’. The duplicate key value is (561, 1560863947713).”
but i just tried this now on one particular tag and its not showing any quarantined data and everything seems to be perfectly fine. I have attached screenshots of all the configuration and settings below.
Could anyone please explain why data is not being quarantined?
