Rate of transition from master to backup pc

  1. The test was conducted with 50 tags on the master pc.

  2. It takes an average of 2 minutes and 20 seconds to switch from master pc to backup pc.

  3. Please let me know if there is a way to speed up the transition time.

That is astonishingly slow. I have customers with redundant systems with tens of thousands of tags that transition in single digit seconds (after the configurable detection time--typically ten seconds).

This might be something better handled via support.

Either way, you aren't explaining how you're inducing failure/failover and what it is you're actually measuring in terms of how long it takes.
