Is there a place I can get Code examples of read/writing tags from a VB.Net and/or C# app using the Web Dev Module?
It looks like you're in uncharted territory. Please post an example of this for posterity when you finish developing this.

It should look like just about any other .Net application that interacts with web APIs.
Since you also have to write jython for the WebDev endpoints you want, you'll already be ahead of most situations--you won't have to decipher someone else's API docs.
