Recently I upgraded to 7.8.3 and it seems like ever since doing so I get an error on an easy chart. The end time is after the start time, but the error acts as if it is not.
Any recommendations? Thanks.
I have this exact same issue after upgrading from 7.6.6 to 7.8.3. The chart loads fine initially, but if I try to change it or modify anything from the Client, it will have this error. Were you able to find any resolution for this?

There’s currently an issue with the tag history data cache, particularly on Easy Charts. If you set the ‘Bypass Tag History Cache’ flag to true in the properties of the chart you should stop seeing these errors. There’s also a project level setting to do the same thing.
Is this issue fixed in 7.8.4 ???
