How recently was it created? If you have autobackups enabled or a recent gateway backup you might be able to pull it out of one of those…
I have had it created for awhile, I will try that. I was trying to be proactive with a similar template and screen and caused my self more work.
Even if you don’t have auto backups on, backups are created regardless within the DB folder I think in a backups folder.
