Hi, I have some issue with redundancy setup.
Master Server
1 NIC Card
IP1: 192.168.2.200
IP2: 192.168.1.200
Gateway: 192.168.2.1
Backup Server
1 NIC Card
IP1: 192.168.2.199
IP2: 192.168.1.199
Gateway: 192.168.2.1
Master and Backup Server is connected to 4G Modem Router (192.168.2.1)
Client PC
IP1: 192.168.3.201
Gateway: 192.168.3.1
Client PC connected to 4G Modem Router (192.168.3.1)
Im using IPSec to link the network.
When i try to open client PC, it says attemp to connect to 192.168.2.200:8088 then drop the connection without any warning screen. Then i check the Vision Launcher Log, it mentioned that it also tries to connect 192.168.1.199:8088. This is obvious will not works since due to the gateway. Tried using the Designer also would not launch. But once i removed 192.168.1.199 from the backup server, i able to launch the client again. but then when i add the ip address 192.168.1.199 into backup server, the client close comm, with message “gateway is available, node is inactive, 192.168.2.199”. I dont really understand what is the issue here. Can someone help to explain? I think my network architecture is wrong.
