Refresh Alarm Priority after Tag Import

Hi all,

I am running into an issue when importing changes to tags. If a tags alarm priority is changed, but the alarm is currently active, the alarm will remain the old priority until the alarm is cleared. I am looking for a way to have the alarm remain active, but update to the new priority.

Is it possible to refresh all the alarms?

I can programmatically disable, then re-enable all of the active alarms. But this leaves an override on UDT tags enabled property.

Any suggestions to this problem are appreciated.

I don’t think you can do that with keeping the alarm in the active state.

I usually just right click, restart tag to get the updated alarm information.
