Regarding technical support service of ignition & Sepasoft

Hi, I am in China. If I purchase ignition and Sepasoft products and implement locally. How will inductive automation to support us? Do you provide 24*7 support service during project implementation and after system go live? What’s the SLA(service level agreement) to provide to your customer? Sepasoft is the 3rd party product. How will customer to get support service of Sepasoft? Does Inductive automation also provide the support of sapasoft product? Thanks!
