In our SCADA, we use database queries, the results of which are drawn on charts or shown in graphs using tags.
When our PostgreSQL installation is restarted, charts and graphs usually, but not always, hang and the tag source refresh timestamp remains unchanged.
Only restarting the gateway enables regular refreshing of tags.
Do you know what could be the reason? Randomly, it seems to us that other things may also have an influence, but we don't know what yet.
Is this graph/chart in vision or perspective? How is data for this chart being queried, binding, script, etc. It might be worth submitting a ticket to have someone take a closer look at this issue.
