I have an issue with a GPO which limits every C:\Documents and Settings\Username folder to 100MB, and this cannot be changed. The .ignition folder for the project I’m working on is 216MB large!
How can I change where Ignition saves its cache, relocating it to F:\ ?

Yes, you can relocate the Ignition cache. Just put a file called redirect.txt in the .ignition folder where the contents of the file is just the path you want the new cache folder like:
c:\path\to\new\ignition\cache
Remove everything else from the .ignition folder.
